YUM ALERT! Portabella mushroom teriyaki BBQ #Burger. 🤤 Make yourself good meals! Whether you are vegetarian, vegan or (still) a meat eater-don’t buy into the whole “I’m just cooking for me so I don’t bother with it...Too much trouble.” Don’t be lazy with your own energy and the fuel for your body and nutrition. Make the time and the effort to cook something for yourself on a daily basis at least for one of your meals and cook it yourself. This means not fast food not restaurant food not prepared foods inboxes or frozen meals. This means actually cooking a meal..You can try with this one it’s super easy! Portabella mushrooms if it’s just you get one of those bad boys out put it on a pan with a little bit of avocado oil and some teriyaki sauce put it on very low heat cover it and just let it do it’s thing for about 5 min. Keep an eye on it as you do NOT want to overcook it. BUN’s: whatever kind of restaurant type nice fluffy buns that you’re into. Make it healthy! Put them on a pan with some oil or butter and get those nice and toasty. Get a bunch of long carrots and cut them up or if you can find a small bag of organic. Rainbow carrots or regular carrots just make sure they’re organic if you can.

Add a few shakes of cinnamon and a good pour of Honey. Add fresh Dill while cooking if you have some, but it’s not mandatory. You can also add brown sugar. Check your mushrooms, turn off heat and slice pepper jack cheese or any white cheese is best and put on top of your mushroom and with no heat, cover. Slice up avocado, get a few pieces of spinach and put some BBQ sauce on your buns too! Build your burger and shake some salt, pepper and paprika on that bad boy and go to town!

Add red onions, tomatoes, etc
