Some people suck. Instead of driving yourself insane because of what someone did or said (or didn’t do) just keep that their business. What you need to be in control of is your business. Stand your ground, defend yourself if you truly are threatened but remember the key to mastering your frequency is to not take the bait. Don’t buy a ticket to crazy town. Don’t be a piece that’s being handled in someone else’s game. Choose higher timelines-detach, disassociate, separate how you see the human from their Soul and send love to their Soul and turn the page. If you need to let go and forgive, this is the way to get there. Again-separate the human from the Soul-send love to their Soul, then your own and change the station. ♥️♾♥️
